Need javascript expert

I am looking for someone who has strong experiences in npm. Correctly, my job descirpiton is like following. I created new electron js project. And I have developed already demo app. I need to make installer by using electron-builder. Of course, I have already installed all dependenices. ***** requirement ***** I have successed making installer with online. But I am going to make installer in offline - disconnected internet environment. When I executed "electron-builder"command in offline, its error message is like attached png. I want to make installer eletron js project in offline network environment. Please don't hesitate to bid for this solution.
