We work on putting together presentations for management. When sharing the presentations, they are converted to PDF, watermarked, printed and put in binders prior to sharing with each respective manager. This is a tedious process as our current watermarking application in Adobe only does one watermark at a time. The current watermarking script we are using is through the action wizard has been uploaded. The objective is to have a tool in Adobe that can perform multiple watermarks on a file and print each watermarked file separately at the same time. The watermark should support multiple lines of text. Ideally the solution will ask the user to upload a file (excel, etc.) or to copy and paste the watermarks into a text box of some sort. The tool will then recognize the number of required copies and each watermark and proceed to create individual watermarked copies and to print each copy at the designated printer. The process should be quick and seamless. Note that we do not have admin privileges on our machines and therefore the solution should not require so. The solution should be fully automated with the exception of choosing the file to watermark, uploading the watermarks and picking the designated printer. The current watermarking script can either be adapted or a new script written that is more fit for purpose.
