I have built a modular Timeline website that is in it’s infant stages, The firebase database has been attached and we are using [login to view URL] for the timeline elements.
I am looking for a new freelancer to make upgrades to the site.
New features --------------------------------------------
1) Each event on the timeline needs its own picture/upload option plus media links added to be able to add youtube video links hosted. Media player must pop up when media is played.
2) Left right, bottom sliders, activated with the bottom being done first illustrating the use of A GEPHI/SIGMA JS node network - [login to view URL]
Small new features------------------------------------
3) ability to save main timeline AND timeline must display time/date/ name of current timeline in top right corner.
4)Export CSV function
5) colour option for individual timelines
6) search box on Canvas to search
Small Tweaks---------------------------------------------------------------
7) Event box shape needs to be changed, updated, modernized has it doesn’t look that professional.
8)Please add a few lines padding to the event as text is getting cut off due to the shape of the vent box.
9) Compression timeline to have the DATE as a model show when user is scrolling it.
10) firebase user log in- this part is only loading 5 entries at a time, with the option to select “show 10, show 20” etc. this should be set at 20 default if not more because user has to select this option each time the load up or use service.
11)Something that tells user they have hidden the timeline like change of colour of the icon OR use one icon instead of two like in the original wireframes.
12) Add scroller to groups as seen here - [login to view URL]
13) add marker ( and save in database) these will be saved in the Right pull out drawer
14) add timeline functions buttons to the UI as seen here - [login to view URL]
15) The date format is in reverse reading month as date. Eg. June 4th 2006 is being interpreted as April 6th 2006 when you upload CSV …
Bugs that need fixing-------------------------------------------------------
16)The event boxes are scaling with browser zoom. If this was correct timeline could be used successfully across multiple screens, currently through it does not work and this problem appears to stemming from the event boxes not scaling with browsers direction.
