Single page design using Javascript

The code to guide you is available in the zip file attached. But this is just a sample code to be taken as a guide only. I need my own code and layout to host the web page as that code will be mine. I would like the page to be mobile friendly as in the sample. On a full width laptop/desktop 15 inch screen I would like the generate button to be visible at the bottom with the generated number to its left and a text caption for the number displayed below it , the captions for the 90 numbers are also [login to view URL] the height and width of the <td> can be reduced and on a laptop/computer the page should be styled to be shown in center with 45% screen [login to view URL] mobile devices I would like a similar layout with the page fitting the mobile screen full width with a small margin on both sides and the content fitting a single screen vertically with some space say 50 px below it. A standard header is to be there in each of the mobile and laptop/computer page as at [login to view URL] uptill the first horizontal [login to view URL] you can fit the 90 numbers board by restyling the <td>/table to vertically fit the screen. On laptop/computer/mobile the height should be proportional so you can add a separate container for the style. The numbers that scroll before the called number is displayed should only display the remaining numbers and not random numbers as in the sample. I should be able to customize the colors of the faded board/and after the number is placed (boderr/background/forefround/table bolders color) I would like the table to have collapsed borders to reduce space size. I dont want any of the banners/images there as in sample. The generate button can be green color. That is all for now.
