Urgentt jquery edits

Hi see the carousel on this site : [login to view URL] on the frontpage. instead of scrolling from one image to the next i need them to fade in... other than that the styling should be identical and it should have no knock on effects on the rest of the site 1) cross browser compatible 2) That the styling will be the exact same 3) That clicking on the smaller images will fade in the corresponding bigger images 4) That onload the images will go from 1 to 2 to 3 to 4 to 1 etc etc and the red styling for the smaller images will change just like presently 5) That all changes to source files will be outlined clearly to me if i need guidance 6) you will add a fifth image to the carousel Tnx Sean
