We have developed an ERP framework, without using angular. The framework provides for generation of any no. of forms/reports/dashboards/data visualization by just filling up a form for the same. It is totally flexible, scalable and completely configurable. The forms can be configured to exact business use case and validation requirement. Complete framework is very lightweight with less than 5Mb of code. When compiled, it is about 50Mb with third party node modules. I am confident that it will serve your purpose.
