Joomla 1.5 rockettheme template

What I need is a TUTORIAL on how to finish the elments I need. Tutorials are needed since it’s a non-profit organization, they haven’t the money to pay someone to maintain it. Therefore, if they see how things are put together, they can maintain & modify themselves.
