We are looking for someone to use Facile Forms to capture the data with validation as it is entered. The form will save the data to a separate table in the Joomla database.
The form needs to use the input data to create a formatted html email.
1. All the files from the picture attached (Manage leads list) should be included. The only one we do not need is “budget”. Instead, there would be “evaluation price”.
2. “Evaluation price” would be for administrator to manually type the price in.
3. There should be a “send” button to email the report to the client
4. After pressing “send” button there should appear a message asking if the administrator really want to send the email. This way we avoid pressing “send” by mistake.
5. We would like to have “search” to navigate through various input data.
6. We would like to be able to see how many data was entered within specific data. This way we would put in the 2 dates (from and to dates) and it would show the number of data entered by clients.
What must be in the form:
On the side of the MOT field we would like to have a message “we only buy vehicles with MOT for at least 4 months”. Is the client select 3 or less months in this field, there would be the same message popping up.
1. The form should consist of 4 steps and the number of each step should be displayed on top. If you have more creative idea than the number you are very welcome to apply it.
2. All the fields we would like the client to have to fill in are show in the word document attached (form fields doc.)
3. Submitted forms must create reference and the current date automatically.
4. Fields with (*) asterisk are obligatory. Asterisk should be displayed on the side of the field.
What's in the report (there will be 3 reports, see below):
Info related to all reports:
1. There must be 3 buttons, for administrator to choose which report he wants to send. Name of the buttons: evaluation, not wanted, info error
2. We would like the report to have similar (related to our website) links the ones in the picture attached (WE buy any car).
3. The report should include the most important links related to the report, e.g. “about us”, “contact us”, “terms and conditions”,…
4. The report would be sent to the client when administrator clicks on send button.
5. After pressing “send” button there should appear a message asking if the administrator really want to send the email. This way we avoid pressing “send” by mistake.
6. There should be a field automatically producing a ref. no. consisting of 2 letters and numbers
7. The reports should have a modern design and something related to our website with the company's logo and main information.
8. will be generated 3 types of reports :1) with evaluation price (“valuation”),2) details incorrect and administrator not able to evaluate (“info error”),3) Irolis is not interested in this model at the moment (“not wanted”)
