442205 Simple JOOMLA template modification

This is a simple joomla modification on an existing template. My notes for design was based on major existing functions of that template. PSD -> Joomla Programming. Only Main/'Home' page and 'Bio' really need to be developed. Slice homepage & inner pages psd designs and integrate with latest Joomla software using Zephr Theme (already installed) All very basic modules & applications to install. • PS files inclueded with notes on separate layers • Detailed Construction Notes included. Designer / Programmer needs to be able to respond quickly. I need someone who has great attention to detail and can work fast. This NOT a difficult project. Check notes for specifics. If there is delay on the project, bid will be retracted and bad feedback will be given. I need someone professional.
