Customization To Iproperty (Joomla property extension)

Hello Everyone. I am using IProperty joomla extension for my property website. Now it has almost everything. But i need some customization on the website. This extension has an option for Featured Postings - to make the listing in the homepage displayed, now the problem is that the featured postings can be done by administrator only, so this is not good for [login to view URL] what should happen is that I want this to be automated system. When posting a new item, the user will see an option for featured posting. If he selects that and clicks next he will be directed to the payment website and after completing back he will be returned to the website and his item will be posted as a featured item. Now the payment processor i am using is [login to view URL] and this is the only method we want to be directed to, not paypal. For example once feature listing is chosen then redirected and user pays 5usd. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH JOOMLA AND FEEDBACK WITH JOOMLA CUSTOMIZATION. DO NOT SEND ME GENERIC MESSAGE REPLY.
