Fix Joomla Coding/ Set Up & Create Client How To Manual

Need small Joomla website (approx 15 pgs) fixed so that the EDITOR can manage site and maintain existing styles by a client that knows nothing about HTML. Have a website that currently cannot be managed using just the Joomla WHSIWIG editor. Require implementation fixed so that editor can add text, apply text formatting, site text styles, insert images, link to other pages, and add pages etc without needing site owner to access HTML. Also require a customized manual for the site owner. It is to show with text and images ALL STEPS on where and how to access and admin EVERY page, How to Create New Pages and How to Create, Send a Newsletter AND Manage Site. Manual should include screen grabs from this website integrated into the document along with text providing every step on how to add, edit, change etc. Greatest issue is HTML is required to admin many parts. We need someone who can get this done right. Seeking a Joomla expert at implementing and coding, who knows how to set up a site admin to easily manage site with just the editor and who knows how to optimize Joomla.
