Joomla Expert Needed

Joomla Projects: Looking for a Joomla guru to work with me on many projects. You will need to know how to customize templates. (coding module positions, style sheet changes, etc) Strong Virtuemart skills. (Customizing the look and feel of flypages and product detail pages) Be able to look at a website and duplicate it into joomla. I have work available now that needs to be completed. You also need to be available via IM to work on projects together. I will give you a list of things to do on the site. When you are done with them I will pay you. This is a long term job, I need to have someone that is available and there turnaround times are quick. If you are already busy with work do not bid on this!
