Joomla - Tiny MCE 2.0 modifications

I want the simple formatting menu of the tiny mce 2.0 editor in Joomla to have extra buttons. I also want it to display at the top of the content window as the advanced one does.

I have deleted all the buttons I don't want in the advanced formating menu-which [url removed, login to view] picture.

The buttons I want to display on the simple is:

bold, italics, underline, align left, alight center, align right, align full, format, unordered list, ordered list, indent in, indent out, undo, redo, link, unlink, text color.
