Need Joomla Component ASAP

We are looking for Joomla experts that can create an audio and video component for us. There is an audio component available that we want to tweak. Right now it can upload audio and has Speaker, time, date information but we need it to be able to upload and stream videos as well and upload word docs. We also need to tweak the look of it.

This will be proprietary to our company and you are not allowed to resell the codes.

1. Look of the public end is important.

2. Upload audios and videos in this component

3. Upload/Download files such as word doc, pdf, powerpoint

4. Stream or download audios

5. Play videos

5. Title, Speaker Information, Date

6. Must be able to sort based on dates, or speaker

7. Must have search functionality

8. Filter/Sort by Category

Must be completed in 7 days. Budget is $250.00. DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER like user INAITECH. We have to repost this because of failed project from them.
