Fix error in form made with wordpress plugin

I need to fix the error that I have in a wordpess form made with a plugin, which when wanting to add another calculated product does not perform the operation correctly. You need to fix the error using javascript or php.

Error and problem to solve: When adding another product, the field "precio unitario" does not change.
