Responsibilities Communicating and coordinating schedules with business partners in Korea (mainly in Korean, partially in English). Assisting with interview scheduling and coordination for Korean-speaking candidates/partners. Managing project progress and preparing status reports. Organizing personnel and contract information using Google Spreadsheets. Supporting internal and external communications in Japanese, Korean, and partially in English (including simple translation and interpretation tasks). Ideal Candidate Business-level proficiency in both Korean and Japanese. Strong, professional communication skills with an attention to detail. Excellent at schedule management and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Looking for stable, long-term work. Requirements Native or Business-level fluency in Korean and Japanese. Own a functional Windows or Mac computer (Tablets/Chromebooks not permitted).
