Hi there, the key of this project is a production ready, enterprise grade DevOps platform on AWS, orchestrated by Kubernetes with Jenkins driving CI/CD, covering the full path from commit to live traffic. I would build the AWS foundation as infrastructure as code with Terraform, networking, identity, security, and cost aware resilience, then a production hardened Kubernetes cluster for multi service workloads. Jenkins pipelines would handle build, test, image creation, and progressive delivery, with a GitOps model managing cluster state and releases. I would wire in centralized logging, metrics, alerting, and dashboards, automated security scanning across images, code, dependencies, and runtime, and blue green or canary rollouts with safe rollback. Everything would bootstrap with a single command, promote across environments automatically, and ship in a private Git repo with clear runbooks so another engineer can reproduce it.
