OpenShift's installer has almost no tolerance for DNS or NTP misconfiguration. A single missing SRV record or clock drift over 500ms will stall the bootstrap before a node joins the cluster. My plan is to front-load that work: cluster DNS (api, api-int, wildcard ingress), a load balancer for the API and ingress VIPs, pull secrets validated against your registry, and NTP confirmed across all six nodes before the installer runs. From there, UPI or IPI depending on your hardware, operators validated green, CSRs approved, ingress confirmed reachable. Then KubeVirt operator in, storage class pinned for VM disks, sample VM booted end-to-end. MachineConfig for SR-IOV or hugepages only if your workloads actually need it. You'd also get a short runbook covering cluster upgrades and node replacement so day-2 ops aren't a scramble. M1: Infra prereqs (DNS, LB, NTP, pull secrets), INR 3,250, 3d.
