I have an existing PDF that shows the open “party plot” area and I simply need the garden development portion converted into a clean landscape plan. The style I’m after is straightforward and uncluttered—nothing elaborate—just a practical layout that can be read easily by contractors. Scope of work • Re-draw the garden area from the supplied PDF in AutoCAD, keeping the original dimensions and references intact. • Place and label the soft-scape elements I specify: flower beds, shade and ornamental trees, lines of creepers, and a low hedge border. No seating areas, dance floor, or stage are required; the focus is purely on planting. • Deliver the final file in both editable .dwg format and a ready-to-print PDF. Acceptance criteria • All elements sit correctly on their own layers (trees, shrubs, hedges, text). • Scale matches the PDF reference. • Text, symbols, and line weights are legible when plotted at A1. • No extraneous objects or hidden layers in the CAD file. Once I receive both files and quickly confirm dimensions and layer structure, I’ll mark the job complete.
