4-Day Commercial Landscape & Irrigation

I need an experienced landscape crew that can jump straight into action and transform the exterior of my office building within four calendar days. The scope is limited to the main entrance, connecting pathways, and the parking-lot perimeter; interiors, rooftops, and other zones are outside this brief, so the focus stays tight. The look I’m after is clean and professional, anchored by well-selected trees and shrubs that give instant structure yet remain manageable for our facilities team long-term. Alongside the planting, a fully automated irrigation system must be designed, installed, and tuned so every root ball receives consistent coverage without overspray onto walkways or vehicles. Time is critical. From the moment I award the project, you’ll have: • Day 1 – Site walk-through, final measurements, quick CAD/SketchUp plan sent for my sign-off (same day). • Day 2 – Ground prep, trenching, mainline and lateral installation, controller placement. • Day 3 – Plant delivery, soil amendments, tree and shrub placement, mulch. • Day 4 – Pressure test, nozzle adjustment, controller programming, debris haul-off, and final walkthrough with me. Acceptance criteria • All irrigation zones cycle without leaks at 60-psi test pressure. • Trees staked, shrubs mulched, and beds edged flush with existing concrete. • Hardscape remains undamaged and site left broom-clean. • PDF of as-built plan, valve and controller schedule delivered before final sign-off. Bring your own tools, machinery, and plant stock; I’ll supply on-site water and power. Local code compliance and any utility locates are on your side. Demonstrated experience completing fast-track commercial installs will move you to the top of the list.
