Crear API para SAP Business One

Necesito un desarrollador en SAP Business One, para Integrar un sistema en Laravel que realiza ordenes de pedido a SAP.
1-Basicamente el sistema registra usuarios en linea para realiar ordenes de pedido, este sistema debe registrar usuarios ya existentes en SAP, por lo que se necesita crear un metodo en la API para validar que esos usuarios existan en SAP con una API que aun no existe, sino existe el usuario, entonces el usuario entra en modo de espera de aprobacion, una vez sea aprobado, debe llamar un metodo que estaria dentro de la API de SAP para registrar ese usuario.
2-Tambien la API debe tener un update de usuarios, es decir que si el cliente actualiza sus datos en el sistema online en laravel, ejecute el metodo de la API de SAP, y actualice estos datos en SAP, y viceversa, si en SAP actualizan los datos del cliente, debemos poder actualizar los datos en el sistema de laravel en linea.
4-Tambien debemos poder consultar otro metodo en la API que se necesita desarrollar en SAP, para obtener de SAP el balance o saldo del limite de credito que tienen los clientes registrados en SAP.
5-Tambien debemos poder consultar otro metodo en la API que se necesita desarrollar en SAP, el catalogo de precios y articulos existentes en SAP.
