What You’ll Be Doing: We want to test your skills and how you work first (because we tested a lot of freelancer and we don't want to be disapointed another time) - Iterate and experiment with prototypes and ship features quickly - Lead, develop and maintain new features for our website (frontend and backend) - Develop extensions of our service/technology, such as APIs or other integrations - Augment existing engineering infrastructure What You’ll Need: - 3+ years of full-stack software development experience - Full-stack development proficiency, familiarity with multiple stacks, expertise in at least one technology stack (3+ years). Minimum familiarity with our stack: PHP (Laravel), Javascript (jQuery/Vue), and MySQL - Full-cycle software development experience, high standards with best practices including test automation, static analysis, etc. - Excellent cross-functional communication skills - Bachelor’s in Computer Science or similar technical field of study, or equivalent experience preferred - Web-tech start-up experience Nice to Have: - to be resourceful - Creativity (think outside of the box) - Leading design and development in ambiguous environments - Continuous Integration, Delivery and Deployment experience The Evaluation for this job - Create a little website where when a user enter his informations and select the color he wants, the website automatically change and the website of the website of the user will be on a subdomain : [login to view URL] - The little website needs to be bug free - The frontend for the website will be given - The project needs to be on Laravel PHP Framework - You'll have your own VPS on Ubuntu using NGINX - We have a preference for the latest version of Laravel but it's like you want - Of course we'll pay you for the evaluation. The project is a vCard that a user can register for free and when he does, a subdomain name is created ([login to view URL]). The user enter some informations and the vCard is automatically created, he can choose the color and upload a picture. We already have a list of issues to fix.
