Laravel E-Commerce Site Build

I’m commissioning a brand-new e-commerce website built from the ground up in Laravel. The project runs end to end—from initial setup through deployment—so clean, maintainable code and clear documentation are essential. Key functional blocks • Product catalog with category management and keyword search • Shopping cart that persists across sessions and calculates shipping/taxes • Secure checkout connected to a mainstream payment gateway (Stripe or PayPal—open to recommendation) Deliverables 1. Fully functional Laravel project ready for production hosting 2. SQL schema and migration files for products, orders, customers, and payments 3. Basic admin dashboard to manage inventory, orders, and transactions 4. Git repository with readable commit history and a concise README Acceptance criteria • Pages load in under 3 seconds on GTmetrix • Payments process flawlessly in both test and live modes • Checkout flow passes end-to-end tests on desktop and mobile A staging server will be available once development starts; final hand-off happens after code review and successful deployment to my VPS. Ideally the build fits within a four-week window, but I’m open to a realistic schedule with clear milestones.
