Video Upload Application with Laravel

Job Description:
I want a simple web page for video uploading. There should be a small UI for select the video file to be uploaded. When uploading the video, there should be a progress bar. Also I need the backend development. I'm planning to upload it to AWS S3. There would be large video files (50 mb - 1GB) and there should not be any server connection timeouts. All upload submissions should happen with ajax.
Things to consider.
1. I want the full code of the application and should be able to change AWS credentials.
2. Should use Laravel 9.*
3. Uploaded file should be saved to AWS (Any folder path you want) and when it is completed there should be a message displayed in the UI
4. No need to decorate UI.
