This project centers on driving fresh, qualified leads straight into our CRM through live outbound calls. The campaign covers both B2B and B2C prospects; for the business segment every call will target decision-makers inside the Research Publications space, while consumer calls will promote the same service line to end users. All data must be logged in real time inside our CRM (HubSpot is already set up, but I can provide access to Salesforce or another platform if you are more comfortable there). You will receive: • a brief on our offer, value props and approved talking points • a segmented call list (healthcare businesses vs. consumers) with direct numbers and emails • permission to tweak the script so it sounds natural in your voice Key expectations • 100% of calls documented: outcome, notes, next step, disposition • daily export of new leads added, including contact info and call summary • immediate tagging of hot prospects so the internal sales team can jump on follow-ups Success is measured by lead quality rather than sheer volume, so accuracy and clear notes are more important than speed dialing. End-of-week reports will be reviewed against CRM entries before the milestone is released. If you thrive on persuasive phone conversations and are comfortable navigating a CRM while talking, this assignment should feel straightforward and rewarding.
