I need a single, reliable pro to take charge of outbound outreach for VanDerWolf. Your mission is simple and measurable: bring me fresh, qualified leads from the education space—think public and private schools—as well as retail organisations that can benefit from our services. Here is how the work will flow: • You’ll research and build your own prospect lists inside the education and retail sectors, prioritising decision-makers. • Initial contact will be through well-crafted email sequences; timely, confident follow-up by phone is expected to keep conversations alive. • For every prospect, you’ll gather key data (name, role, pain points, contact details) and log it neatly in our shared CRM so I can track progress in real time. • When a prospect is ready to talk further, you hand them over to me or book a discovery call on my calendar. Past success in sales or business development is essential; I’m counting on you to handle objections, negotiate next steps and keep the pipeline moving. You must be comfortable speaking and writing in clear, professional English, and you should know your way around standard outreach tools (G-Suite, any basic CRM, email warm-up platforms, and phone diallers). Acceptance criteria 1. Minimum of 15 qualified leads delivered weekly. 2. All data entered accurately into the CRM. 3.
