Your day-to-day – Hunt for decision-makers, warm them up, and hand them off once they agree to a discovery call. – Channels are completely up to you—cold email, LinkedIn outreach, events, partnerships—so long as methods are ethical and GDPR-compliant. – Keep basic lead data in a shared CRM so both of us can track status and commissions transparently. How you get paid All payouts are commission-based, tied directly to the first invoice we close with your lead. I’m open to structuring tiers or milestones once we talk numbers, but the headline is simple: the more revenue you bring in, the larger your share.
