We are looking for a freelance sales professional who can generate leads and close deals on a pure commission basis. What You’ll Do Reach out to startups, D2C brands, local businesses, and founders Pitch our services and manage the full sales cycle Close project-based deals and monthly retainers Follow up and convert conversations into paying clients Compensation (Commission-Based) 10–15% commission on Indian client deals 15–20% commission on international clients (USA, Europe, Australia, Canada) No cap — bigger deals = higher earnings Long-term opportunity: profit-sharing and leadership roles for top performers Requirements Prior B2B sales or cold outreach experience Comfortable running calls and closing independently Strong English communication skills 100% performance-driven mindset (no fixed salary) Note This is a serious, commission-only role.
