Your mission is simple: bring in qualified leads and convert them into signed projects. Target market We have solid case studies and ready-to-demo builds for Healthcare, E-commerce and Finance, yet I don’t want to stop there. Startup founders, small and medium-sized business owners, e-commerce store owners, digital marketing agencies that need dev backup, tech leads/CTOs at scaling companies, product managers and local businesses moving online are all fair game. If you’re comfortable speaking to decision makers in any of these segments, you’ll have plenty to work with. How you’ll win You will combine cold calling, personalised email outreach and social selling with on-the-ground networking and smart use of freelancer platforms to keep a healthy pipeline. I’ll supply marketing collateral, portfolios, case studies, live demos and rapid technical backup so you can focus on opening conversations and closing deals. Commission The role is 100 % performance-based; every signed contract triggers an agreed percentage of the project value, paid promptly in milestones that mirror client payments. No cap and no territory limits. What success looks like • A steady flow of discovery calls booked on my calendar each week • Clear hand-offs: full prospect notes, requirements and budget expectations logged before I jump in for technical scoping • Closed deals that meet or exceed monthly revenue targets we set together • Transparent activity reports so we can double down on channels that convert best If you’re an energetic closer who loves the hunt, let’s talk and map out a commission structure that rewards real results.
