I run an established company and I’m ready to accelerate our revenue by bringing in a dedicated strategist who can win projects and generate warm leads across multiple online channels. Driving sales growth is the single metric that matters here, so every activity you take—from prospecting to proposal—should be measured against the deals it closes. Your daily routine will revolve around three arenas: • Freelancer platforms: Identify opportunities that fit our service mix, craft persuasive bids, and follow up until a decision is made. • Social media: Proactively engage in relevant groups and communities, spark conversations that lead to discovery calls, and funnel qualified prospects into our pipeline. • Corporate websites: Monitor RFP portals and “work with us” pages, tailor submissions to match stated requirements, and maintain a calendar so no deadline is missed. I already have profiles and collateral in place; what I need is someone who can bring a hunter’s mindset, refine the messaging, execute consistently, and deliver a steady stream of contract wins. Fluency with standard outreach and tracking tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Trello, or similar) will be useful, but I’m open to the stack that keeps you most productive. Deliverables I expect during the first month: 1. A prospecting plan that maps the three platforms above to weekly activity targets. 2. At least 20 qualified leads entered into our CRM, each with documented next steps. 3. Five polished bid submissions tailored to live opportunities, complete with follow-up schedule. 4. A brief performance report summarizing wins, losses, and lessons learned so we can refine our angle of attack. If you can prove traction quickly, this will evolve into a long-term, commission-boosted role. Let’s turn online attention into signed contracts.
