Commission-Based Sales Representative – [login to view URL] We’re looking for driven individuals to help grow FaithFuel, a faith-based motivation brand, by directly connecting with potential customers and closing sales. Role: Reach out to potential customers through DMs, calls, or text Build genuine conversations and recommend FaithFuel products Close sales and drive revenue Leads & Training: You will be trained and instructed on how to find your own leads (social media, communities, outreach strategies, etc.) Step-by-step guidance will be provided on how to approach and convert prospects No pre-provided leads — you are responsible for prospecting Schedule: Flexible hours and schedule Work whenever you want, as long as targets are being met Daily Target: Reach out to at least 50+ new potential customers per day Consistent follow-ups are expected to maximize conversions Compensation: Earn 40% commission per sale Unlimited earning potential (no cap) Tools & Support: Sales scripts will be provided to help you convert leads Training on outreach methods and sales strategy included Ideal Candidate: Strong communication and people skills Comfortable with outreach (Instagram, TikTok, texting, calling) Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven Interest in faith-based or motivational content is a plus Goal: Generate consistent sales by proactively finding leads, building real connections, and guiding customers to purchase from FaithFuel.
