Email Marketing Setup & Automation for Fitness Brands (RYZZFIT & HERA) We are building out the email marketing systems for two fitness brands: • RYZZFIT → Premium personal training brand focused on men, trial sessions, lead nurturing, booking → member conversion. • HERA → Women-focused wellness club, newsletter-led community, cycle-synced training education, and light conversion funnels. We want to set up a complete email marketing system that can handle: 1. Lead Capture & Welcome Sequences • Connect to lead sources (Typeform quiz, website forms, landing pages). • Build branded welcome sequences for each brand. 2. Automations & Funnels • RYZZFIT: Trial booking → follow-up → conversion → upsell → retention → win-back. • HERA: Newsletter growth → nurture sequences → workshop/event invitations → conversion flow. 3. Segmentation & Tagging • Ability to segment contacts by behavior (clicked, booked, purchased, inactive, etc.). • Separate but manageable databases for each brand under one system. 4. Integrations • Sync with booking tools ([login to view URL]), website (Webflow), payment (Stripe), and CRM if needed. 5. Templates & Design • Branded email templates for both RYZZFIT and HERA (clean, modern, mobile-friendly). • Simple drag-and-drop usability for our internal team to edit later. 6. Analytics & Tracking • Open rates, click rates, conversions. • Ability to track funnel performance and member lifecycle
