[Responsibilities:] Targeted Lead Research & List Building: Meticulously research and build targeted lead lists of key decision-makers (e.g., CIOs, IT Directors, CTOs, and Operations Leaders) within the US and UK. You must be proficient in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and gather accurate contact information from our ideal customer profile (ICP). Localized Email Outreach Campaigns: Develop and execute highly personalized cold email campaigns tailored to the cultural and professional norms of the US and UK. This includes: Crafting concise and direct email copy for the US market that focuses on efficiency and value. Developing more formal and in-depth, insight-led emails for the UK market. Writing compelling subject lines that drive high open rates in both regions. CRM Management: Maintain and update all lead information and outreach activities in our CRM system (or a shared spreadsheet), ensuring data is clean, accurate, and organized. Performance Reporting: Provide weekly reports on key metrics, including the number of leads generated, emails sent, open rates, reply rates, and qualified meetings booked, specifically segmented by country (USA/UK). Skills & Experience Required: Proven B2B Experience: You must have a strong, verifiable track record in B2B lead generation and cold email outreach. Experience working specifically within the US and UK IT services, software, or technology markets is non-negotiable. Strong Written Communication: Exceptional English writing skills are a must. You should be able to write professional, persuasive, and culturally-aware emails for both US and UK audiences. Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the IT services landscape (e.g., cloud services, cybersecurity, managed IT) is essential. You should be able to quickly understand our offerings and identify the right audience in these specific markets. Tool Proficiency: Experience with lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, [login to view URL]) and email outreach tools is required. Professionalism & Attention to Detail: We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented freelancer who can manage confidential information with the utmost care.
