Project Title B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setting for HR Consulting Firm (LinkedIn + Email Outreach) ________________________________________ Project Overview We are an India-based HR consulting firm providing services in PoSH compliance, HR advisory, recruitment support, and workplace training for organizations. We are a registered MSME and ISO 9001:2015 QMS Certified. We are looking for an experienced B2B lead generation and appointment setting specialist who can help us connect with decision makers such as HR Heads, CHROs, Founders, and Operations Leaders in companies across India. The goal of this engagement is to generate qualified meetings with potential clients who may require our services. Scope of Work The selected freelancer will be responsible for the following: 1. Lead Research Identify relevant prospects including: • HR Heads • CHROs • HR Managers • Talent Acquisition Heads • Founders / Business Owners • Operations Leaders Target companies: • IT / Technology companies • Startups • Manufacturing companies • Healthcare organizations • Educational institutions • Mid-sized corporate firms Company size: 15–500 employees Primary market: India ________________________________________ 2. Prospect Database Creation Build a structured lead database including the following information: • Company name • Contact person name • Job title • Contact number (mobile or direct line wherever available) • Email address • LinkedIn profile • Company size • Industry Expected output: 300–500 qualified leads per month ________________________________________ 3. Outreach Campaign Execution Conduct outreach through: • LinkedIn connection requests and messaging • Cold email campaigns Responsibilities include: • Sending personalized outreach messages • Following up with prospects • Managing conversation responses • Identifying interested prospects. ________________________________________ 4. Appointment Setting Schedule meetings with interested prospects directly in our calendar. The goal is to connect us with decision-makers who may require: • Recruitment support for lateral hiring • PoSH compliance advisory • PoSH awareness or compliance training sessions.
