Remote Sales Closer – Energy Brokerage (Hourly Draw + Commission) About Us We are a fast-growing energy brokerage that helps businesses save money on their electricity and natural gas supply. We work directly with multiple suppliers and focus on transparency, long-term client relationships, and helping small-to-mid sized businesses take control of their energy costs. We’re now building a remote sales team to expand into new markets, and we’re looking for hungry, competitive closers who are motivated by results and commission. ⸻ Compensation • Hourly Draw: $2/hour (draw against commission). • Commission: $20 per account closed. • Performance Standard: Must close a minimum of 100,000 kWh every 2 weeks. • If quota is missed, you may switch to commission-only until you reach the standard. • Top closers regularly exceed quotas and earn uncapped commissions. ⸻ Responsibilities • Make outbound cold calls to targeted businesses (restaurants, convenience stores, hotels, warehouses, etc.). • Qualify leads: identify decision-makers, collect utility bills, explain savings opportunities. • Close deals by guiding prospects through supplier options and securing agreements. • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and accounts closed. • Collaborate with the team and follow proven sales scripts & rebuttals. ⸻ Requirements • Strong English speaking skills (clear, confident, and persuasive). • Cold calling or telesales experience (energy sales preferred but not required). • Work ethic & discipline – must be consistent and competitive. • Ability to work U.S. business hours (EST). • Internet, headset, and quiet work environment. • Hungry to earn through commission — if you’re not closing, you’re not earning. ⸻ What We Offer • Transparent pay structure (no middlemen). • Training, scripts, and full backend support. • Long-term growth potential for top performers. • A competitive, high-energy team culture. ⸻ How to Apply Please send: 1.
