You book the meetings. Your job is to call US service businesses — auto repair shops, home services, clinics — qualify owners who are losing money on missed calls, and get them on my calendar for a 15–20 minute discovery call. I handle everything after that. This is not a gig. I’m building a small, tight-knit SDR team that works directly with me. If you’re serious, consistent, and coachable — there’s real money here and a real future. What You’re Booking Meetings For We sell two AI-powered systems to small US service businesses: AI Receptionist — Answers every inbound call 24/7, books appointments automatically, and logs every call for the owner. Built for businesses that are losing jobs because nobody’s picking up the phone. → Setup in the range of ~$1,500–$1,700 | Monthly from ~$1,400/mo AI Client Coordinator — Everything the Receptionist does, plus automated follow-ups, appointment reminders, rebooking flows for past clients, and CRM updates. Built for businesses leaking revenue at every stage of the client journey. → Setup in the range of ~$2,000–$2,600 | Monthly from ~$1,600/mo Target clients: Auto repair / tire shops, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electricians, chiropractors, physiotherapy clinics, med spas, small dental practices. Any US service business with high inbound call volume and no reliable answering system. Your Responsibilities * Build calling lists of US service businesses using Google Maps and free prospecting tools * Call owners, qualify them on missed calls and call volume, and book discovery calls on my calendar * Confirm every booked meeting is with the decision-maker, that they understand what the call is about, and that they’re aware pricing is in the $1,500–$2,000/month range * Update your Google Sheet daily — dials, conversations, meetings booked, meetings held * Attend one weekly team call for coaching, numbers review, and alignment Primary channel is cold calling. Scripts, objection guides, product training, and a full Google Sheets system are provided from day one. Phone Requirement You must be able to call US businesses from a US number. I do not provide phone service. * QUO VoIP is recommended and costs around $21–25 per month for a US number. * Google Voice is available to US-based applicants at low or no cost. * Close 2+ deals in your first month and I’ll reimburse your first month’s calling cost. Compensation You earn 60% of my setup commission on every deal you source that I close, plus tail payments as the client pays their monthly retainer. Package 1 — AI Receptionist → At-close pay: $210 → Tail after 1st retainer: $80 → Tail after 2nd retainer: $80 → Total per deal potential: $370 Package 2 — AI Client Coordinator → At-close pay: $300 → Tail after 1st retainer: $80 → Tail after 2nd retainer: $80 → Total per deal potential: $460 When you get paid: * At-close: I receive my share from the company and pay you immediately after — typically within 1–3 days of the deal closing * Tails: The client gets 30 days free after the product goes live. * First tail arrives approximately 6–8 weeks after close, second at 10–12 weeks. I pay you within 2 days of receiving each payment * Tails already earned are never clawed back, even if you leave * Loyalty Tier — after 4 months of consistent performance: Your at-close pay increases by $45 per deal permanently. P1 goes to $255, P2 goes to $345. Total potential: $415 (P1) and $505 (P2). Monthly performance bonuses: * 5 deals closed in a month → $180 bonus * 6+ deals closed in a month → $240 bonus * Festival / holiday bonus: $50–80 once a year after 90+ days in good standing — on your main festival or holiday (Diwali, Christmas, Eid, Thanksgiving, etc.) Who Is a Fit * 1+ year of B2B outbound or cold calling experience * Have called US businesses before * Can set up a US number at your own cost right now * Comfortable with 100% commission income and motivated by real upside * Disciplined — daily dials, daily sheet updates, weekly call attendance * Want to grow long-term with one closer, not hop between gigs Who is not a fit * Need a fixed monthly salary * Not willing to make outbound cold calls * Cannot set up your own US phone number * Not open to following a script or a process Working Hours * All calls must be made during US business hours. * The time difference between India and the US is approximately 11.5 hours. * The time difference between the Philippines and the US is approximately 13 hours. * The US and Canada have the same business hours. * The schedule is flexible, allowing team members to choose their exact hours as long as they meet weekly targets. * One weekly team call is mandatory.
