Location: Remote (Must be based in Jordan) Job Type: Freelance / Contract (Success-Fee Based) Compensation: $100 USD per successful hire About the Role I am a recruiter looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly skilled Freelance Talent Sourcer based in Jordan to partner with me in finding top-tier talent. If you are a wizard at Boolean searches, know how to dig deep into the web to find hidden gems, and have a knack for getting candidate replies, this is for you. Your goal is simple: find the right people and get them on the calendar. You will not be responsible for conducting any interviews. Once you book the meeting, your job with that candidate is done! What You Will Do Deep Dive into Requirements: Thoroughly read and analyze role requirements to understand exactly what the ideal candidate looks like. Advanced Sourcing: Conduct targeted Boolean and X-Ray searches (via Google, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.) or use any other creative methods to identify highly qualified candidates. Candidate Outreach: Craft compelling messages to reach out to both active and passive candidates, sparking their interest in the role. Schedule Meetings: Successfully convert candidate interest into a booked meeting with our internal team. Hand-Off: Pass the baton! We handle the interviews, the screening, and the closing. What We Are Looking For Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or Lead Generator. Strong mastery of Boolean logic and X-Ray search techniques. Excellent written communication skills for engaging candidates. A highly organized, self-driven approach. Someone based in Jordan with a strong understanding of local and regional talent markets (or the ability to source globally, depending on the role). How You Get Paid This is a purely results-driven role. You will be paid $100 USD for every candidate you source and schedule who gets successfully hired. There is no cap on how many candidates you can find or how much you can earn.
