Tele-caller for Video Editing Company

ABOUT US Svarna Films creates personalized status videos for WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook for special occasions - birthdays, marriage anniversaries, and other celebrations. We run Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns that bring us 40-80 confirmed, interested leads every day, who message us on WhatsApp with their requirements. We are now looking for a confident telecaller to call these warm leads and convert them into paying customers. These are NOT cold calls. Every lead has already shown interest and shared a requirement. Each order is priced between Rs. 99/- and Rs. 299/-, depending on the length and requirement of the video. As of today, our video editor alone - by talking to customers and editing - closes a total of around Rs. 1200 to 1,500/- of work per day. We now want a telecaller to grow this further. HOW THE WORK FLOWS 1. You call the confirmed, pre-filtered lead, understand their occasion, share the matching sample video, and explain the price. 2. The order is treated as CONFIRMED only when the customer sends the 50% advance payment. 3. After the 50% advance is received, our video editor also speaks with the customer to understand their exact requirement, and then prepares the draft video. 4. Once the draft video is sent, you (the telecaller) coordinate with the customer for any changes until the video is finalized. 5. After the work is finalized, you talk with the customer again to close it and ensure the full remaining payment is received. YOUR DAILY TARGET 1. Generate at least Rs. 2,000/- of confirmed work per day. (Confirmed = the customer has paid the 50% advance amount.) 2. For any work generated above Rs. 2,000/- per day, you earn a 10% incentive on the additional work amount. (Fixed pay will be discussed separately.) WHAT YOU WILL DO 1. Call our confirmed, pre-filtered leads promptly and professionally. 2. Understand the customer's occasion (birthday, anniversary, etc.) and requirement. 3. Share the relevant sample video (forwarded via WhatsApp on your laptop) and explain the price for the matching theme. 4. Convince the customer and confirm the order by collecting the 50% advance. 5. After the draft video is sent, coordinate with the customer for revisions until the video is finalized. 6. Follow up and talk with the customer to collect the full remaining payment once the work is finalized. 7. Maintain all customer data, call details, status, and remarks on a shared Google Sheet. WHAT WE PROVIDE 1. A daily list of confirmed, filtered leads (people who already enquired on WhatsApp). 2. Ready-made sample videos for each occasion (Marriage Anniversary, Birthday, etc.). 3. A theme-wise price list (Rs. 99/- to Rs. 299/-). 4. Support from our video editor, who speaks with the customer for exact requirements and prepares the video after the 50% advance. 5. Basic call script, guidance, and onboarding support. REQUIREMENTS 1. Fluent in Hindi and English, with a clear and pleasant phone voice. 2. Prior telecalling, tele-sales, or customer-conversion experience (preferred). 3. Good convincing, follow-up, and negotiation skills. 4. A laptop with stable internet - required to maintain customer data on Google Sheets and to use WhatsApp (Web) for forwarding messages and sample videos. 5. A working arrangement to make calls to customers. 6. Reliable, punctual, and target-oriented. WORK SETUP & TIMING 1. Work from home role. 2. Working hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST. 3. As this is a goal-based, incentive-driven role, working hours can be extended depending on the workload and your own targets. HOW TO APPLY - please share: 1. Confirmation that you have a laptop with stable internet for working from home. RIGHT NOW WE WILL TRY ON WEEKLY BASIS. GENERATE AVERAGE OF Rs. 2000/- x 6 Days = Rs. 12000/- work in a week . We are bidding for it. If you generate that much work we will pay the amount bidded and accepted by us. We will start selected candidates with a short paid trial period before confirming the ongoing role.
