I need a reliable VA to run the preparation side of my job search for four weeks, focused on entry-level roles. Each working day, you'll find 10 relevant entry-level openings — 5 international (visa-sponsorship-friendly) and 5 Mumbai-based or fully remote positions, remote preferred — and prepare everything I need so I can apply quickly myself. Please note the workflow: I do the actual applying. You prepare and hand off; I upload my resume and click apply. You will not need my logins, my full resume, or my private personal details. What you'll do: Source 10 entry-level jobs per day (international + Mumbai/remote), with links, logged in a shared tracker. ATS-optimize and tailor the resume sections I give you for each role — showing technical, soft, and leadership skills clearly — and return them for me to compile. Draft a custom cover email/letter for each targeted application. Curate answers to any application-form questions and send them to me to paste. Maintain a live Google Sheet tracker: job link, date, status, next action. Draft 4–6 short LinkedIn posts with matching visuals, prepared weekly for my review. Write 10 personalized LinkedIn connection/follow-up messages for my approval. Everything is subject to my sign-off before I submit or post. I'll give quick feedback so we can iterate fast. Accuracy and confidentiality are non-negotiable. To bid, include one example of resume rewriting or LinkedIn content you created for a past client, plus a one-line note on how you'd source 10 relevant roles a day.
