need job leads in Turkey, craiglist or any other websites

I have to offer jobs in United Kingdom (including work permit and VISA) and for that I need to post ads on every possible free website available, I don't know a single word in Turkish and google translate is not so accurate. for that I need someone to do it for me. I will pay for every single lead or for the whole task, I am flexible on that. I can offer 100$ for the beginning and if we will do a good job we can raise that. The only condition I have is that I only want native , turkish, I don't want any google translate or any other translations
