I need some help with finding some leads. Will these leads be used in a call centre environment (phone sales) or will it be for an agent to do face to face sales?
A: These leads will be for myself or my assistant to follow up on directly and professionally. Once we’ve ascertained that the client you’ve referred is interested in selling/buying property, we will then have a direct conversation with them. This is personal and befitting for our business.
What are the product details?
A: I am a real estate agent with a vast database of residential property buyers and sellers. I work primarily anywhere in Johannesburg, but have direct access to property buyers and sellers throughout South Africa. Therefore I connect buyers to their desired properties and sellers to an abundance of buyers that are on the market in an efficient and professional manner. We pride ourselves in the “tender care “ that we afford our clients.
What will the targeting criteria be?
A: Property owners, working professionals young and old.
A: No specific age. However, buyers are likely to be above the age of 25.
A: Male and Female
A: Income of R15000 and above is important.
A: I believe an LSM grouping of 5-10 would be most suitable and receptive. But I believe we should target 5-7. I would like to discuss this with you.
A: We should concentrate on Johannesburg, primarily in the north.
Will it be white label marketing or what will the marketing message say?
A: It will be while label marketing. You will call on our behalf to get basic information and ascertain whether the client is on the market to buy or sell property. You will then let the client know that one of our property specialists will phone them back to help them through their buying or selling endeavors and we will then take it from there.
How many leads do you need per day / per month?
A: As many as possible as I spend a significant amount of the day following up on leads. No less than 5-10 leads per day.
