Administrative/Immigration Assistant BERLIN

Part time 9h-14h in our Berlin Office We are looking for an Administrative/Immigration assistant for an International Immigration company in Berlin. Responsibilities: - Monitoring and advising of several immigration applications for EU and non-EU citizens - Liaison with governmental institutions and embassies to meet our client’s demands - Completion and submission of visa requests or other documents required for the immigration process - Provide updating of the cases - Day-to-day tasks to inform our clients about the news on Immigration law and new visa requirements - Ensure the process follows the company’s standard procedure from the beginning until the end of the case Desired Skills: - Bachelor’s degree - 1 year of experience in similar administrative position - Proficiency in written and spoken German and English, other languages are also valued - Pro active person and great social skills - Able to work under pressure and good problem solved skills
