Ich suche einen erfahrenen Rechtsanwalt / Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht in Düsseldorf, der meinen aktuellen Arbeitsvertrag sorgfältig unter die Lupe nimmt. Was ich brauche • Eine vollständige Vertragsprüfung mit Fokus auf Klauseln zu Vergütung, Überstunden, Wettbewerbsverbot, Verschwiegenheit und Kündigungsfristen. • Eine schriftliche Einschätzung, in der rechtliche Risiken, unwirksame Passagen und Verbesserungsvorschläge klar hervorgehoben werden. • Kurze Handlungsempfehlungen, wie ich die vorgeschlagenen Änderungen gegenüber meinem Arbeitgeber adressieren kann. Wichtige Rahmenbedingungen – Der Vertrag liegt als PDF vor (10 Seiten). – Deutsches Arbeitsrecht ist anzuwenden; lokale Praxis in Düsseldorf ist dabei von Vorteil. – Vertraulichkeit hat oberste Priorität – bitte bestätigen Sie dies in Ihrem Angebot.
