We are Seeking an Entry Level Debt Collecting Agent
$15-25 USD / jam
Law office seeking an entry-level debt collector to work with us as needed. We will assign files to this person to manage. We will provide information to download our Case Management System and VOIP phone to your computer.

Must have excellent communication skills and be a strong negotiator.
Responsibilities:
Be able to contact debtors using our VOIP phone system that installs on your computer using a headset;
Be able to arrange payment of the debtor’s outstanding balances with our credit card processing system;
Set up payment plans or determine settlements for debtors who are unable to pay in full
Document all communications and actions through our Case Management System
Send correspondence to debtors regarding delinquent accounts.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applications
