**Georgia Legal Research Paralegal Needed – Targeted Appellate Research** I am preparing a Motion for Summary Judgment and am seeking an experienced legal research paralegal or legal researcher. This is a targeted research project, not a drafting project. I have already identified the primary legal issues and several preliminary authorities. I need assistance locating, verifying, and summarizing the strongest Georgia appellate authority relevant to those issues. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience researching Georgia law * Familiarity with Westlaw, Lexis, Fastcase, Casetext, or similar platforms * Experience locating Georgia Supreme Court and Georgia Court of Appeals decisions * Ability to Shepardize/KeyCite authorities and confirm they remain good law **Research Areas** The assignment will focus on identifying Georgia appellate authority concerning: 1.
