MCA Portal Corporate Documents Retrieval (India)

I am a lawyer currently preparing contracts with several Indian business partners. I need someone with access to the MCA Portal (Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India) to download corporate documents for a small number of Indian companies (initially 1–2 companies, with the possibility of additional work later). Scope of work For each company, please download and provide the following documents (if available): Certificate of Incorporation Memorandum of Association (MOA) Articles of Association (AOA) Latest Annual Return (Form MGT-7 / MGT-7A) Latest Financial Statements (Form AOC-4, including all attachments such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Auditor's Report and Directors' Report) DIR-12 (Appointment/Resignation of Directors) PAS-3 (Return of Allotment), if available SH-7 (Change in Share Capital), if available CHG forms (creation/satisfaction of charges), if any Any other publicly available corporate filings submitted through the MCA Portal. Deliverables -PDF copies of all downloaded documents. Requirements Experience using the Indian MCA Portal is nice to have . Budget The official MCA fee for public document inspection is approximately ₹100 per company, regardless of the number of documents selected during the inspection session. I am offering ₹500-600 per company (including the official MCA fee). If you already have an active MCA account and experience with downloading documents, this should take approximately 10–20 minutes per company. There is potential for ongoing work involving other similar activities
