Specialist for Business Registry Project

I need a Business Registry Specialist 3 (Corporate Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Corporate Compliance Specialist) preferably with State Government experience (but no longer a government employee) to assist with the development of my company. BUSINESS REGISTRY SPECIALIST 3 I will spell it out: Under the supervision of a supervisory official responsible for business registry services in the Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services, Department of the Treasury, supervises subordinate Business Registry Specialists and other technical staff; performs duties of significant difficulty and complexity involving filings, information and records retrieval transactions, registry fee recording and reconciliation; resolves inquiries involving the operation and outputs of the State of New Jersey’s business registry programs, in areas such as legal business entities, tax/employer registration, business certifications (e.g., small business enterprise and minority/woman-owned business certifications), Uniform Commercial Code, notary publics, tradenames, trade/service marks, collection agency bonds, and judgment name changes; develops and applies regulatory procedures and statutes to all forms of registry transaction; supervises staff and work activities; prepares and signs official performance evaluations for subordinate staff; does other related duties as required.
