If selected I will advise on the advantages / disadvantages of establishing business entities in specific states; prepare the necessary paperwork for filing to establish the business entity; prepare the necessary paperwork to secure the internal revenue service (IRS) Tax ID Number for the business; secure the corporate kit which would include, but not be limited to, the Articles of Organization, Articles of Operation, and business seal.
