Sensory Exhibition Lighting Plan

I’m putting together a multi-room sensory exhibition in Sydney and need a qualified lighting engineer to turn the attached Level 01 and Level 02 floor plans into a fully documented, AS/NZS-compliant lighting package. The top priority is visitor navigation—circulation paths must feel intuitive, safe and evenly lit—yet every numbered artwork or activation still needs its own precise spotlight. Ceiling heights range from 3.17 m to 3.5 m and all hardware must run on 240 V track systems. I’m open on dimming and control methods; bring the solution you believe best suits an exhibition context and we can refine it together. Deliverables • Lighting plan showing track layouts and exact fixture locations • Fixture schedule with recommended models, beam angles and lamp specs • Guidance on control gear, dimming protocols and any required sensors or interfaces • Confirmation that the design meets current Australian standards I’ll need enough lead time for procurement so that supply and installation can begin by early October 2025.
