Salesforce develpment - Form & PDF creation

I need a registration form built natively in Salesforce accessable by outside users that feeds directly into our Custom object As soon as a user submits the form, the system must fire off branded email notifications to our internal team, then run data-update rules and validations to keep our org clean and consistent. Right after those automations run, Salesforce should generate a PDF that captures every piece of information the user entered, attach it to the new record, and make it available for download from the Experience Cloud site. Acceptance criteria • Lightning (LWC or Flow Screen) registration form, styled to match our brand. • Flow, Process Builder, or Apex logic that handles email notifications plus all data updates and validations, with ≥90 % test coverage. • Automatically created PDF containing full submission details, stored on the associated record. • Deployment packaged from sandbox to production with clear documentation.
